Services: FAQ

We’ve answered the most common questions we receive regarding our services below.  If you don’t see the answer you are looking for, please feel free to call or email us.

We are happy to help.

How much are lawn services?

Our minimum price for any service is $50.  We do not have fixed pricing due to many variables. Quotes are dependent on the time, material costs, and the difficulty of the project in question. Every service we offer starts with a free, no-obligation quote. We’d like to get you our quote so you can make an informed decision.

Do you service my area?

Let’s find out! We hope so. Check out our service area page for more information.

Is Team Blue licensed and insured?

Yes. We are a limited liability company (LLC) properly licensed and insured in the state of North Carolina to offer every service we provide.

Why does Team Blue offer outdoor services?

I (Tim, owner of Team Blue) started mowing my lawn and my neighbor’s lawns when I was young. Eventually, when I was old enough, I started working full time for a local lawn company. The rest, they say…is history!  I fell in love with the work and the people I had the opportunity to serve.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We’ve worked with every kind of customer from high-end commercial to complete lawn overhauls of small residential properties. There is no job too big or small.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in Fayetteville and nearby?

Ask your prospective service provider for references if you cannot find reviews online. If you are having a large project done, I highly recommend you get everything in writing and make sure they are properly licensed and insured to provide the services.

What questions should customers think about before speaking with a professional?

We recommend you think about what is important to you in the short and long term. Often, spending a couple of extra bucks when picking a service provider is the difference between hiring a hassle-free contractor or a fly-by-night company that will probably lead to more headaches than the money saved is worth.
